Ghost Recon Wildlands players have some good things to look forward to this week, as Ubisof has announced that a new PVP update is coming to the game that is absolutely free. The PVP update is called Jungle Storm, and will be bringing some notable new things to the game for players to check out.
First up we have two new classes that will be coming to the game with the update, one of which is a stealth-oriented Ghost “who brings a fearsome crossbow into the field and cannot be marked by drones” called the Pathfinder. The second of the two classes is being kept under wraps for now, but the company notes that you can find out more during the Wildlands live stream that will take place on December 13th at 9am PST.
“The Jungle Storm update will also introduce ranked play, which will challenge players and squads to see how they stack up against their Ghost War competition. There will also be new maps coming for Elimination and Uplink modes, new weapons, and new gameplay updates for both PVP and PVE modes.”
A new video was released for the Jungle Storm update that shows a lot of this stuff off, and you can check that out at the bottom of this post. Ghost Recon Wildlands is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
