Kingdom Come: Deliverance has just received a new patch on PC, bringing the game up to version 1.4.2 and introducing several fixes to the game. One of the biggest fixes that the update provides is one that takes care of a major bug that would cause the game to crash at various places in the game.
The following are the 1.4.2 patch notes for the PC version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance:
Patch 1.4.2 – April 9th
“Fixed issues: • A major bug that crashed the game at various places has been fixed. • Quests notably affected by this bug include Sport of kings, Pestilence, Questions and Answers. • Fixed issue with missing Erik in the quest called The Die is Cast. • Other minor bugfixes.
Known issues: • [Rare] You can lock on a non-existing opponent. • [Rare] Attacking stops working. • [Rare] Random character spins while blocking. • Player with an equipped bow cannot be dismounted.”
Those who are playing the game on console shouldn’t have to wait too much longer for a similar patch on their platform. The team were expecting to have this 1.4 patch out on consoles last week, but now they are targeting a release at some point later this week.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game is developed by Warhorse Studios and publisher by Deep Silver, releasing in February of this year to mostly positive reviews.
