The arcade version of Dissidia Final Fantasy is set to be getting a new character added to its roster, with Square Enix announcing that the reveal is coming soon. The company will be hosting a broadcast on October 3, and during it is when a new character for the game will be revealed. While this is for the arcade version of the game currently only available in Japanese arcades, it stands to reason that the character will also be coming to the console version of the game when that launches next year.
This will be the 12th official broadcast for Dissidia Final Fantasy, though that wont be the only game that will be featured in the broadcast. The other game that will be making an appearance is Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival, which is due to the fact that it’s the game’s one-year anniversary in arcades.
