The MMO ArcheAge 2, which was created using Unreal Engine 5, has been formally revealed. It will also be available on consoles in 2024. A developer interview gave us some additional information about the game in addition to receiving a teaser showcasing its stunning aesthetics.
Since the dreadful Final Fantasy XI, MMO gaming on consoles has advanced significantly. Based on the success of Final Fantasy XIV and Elder Scrolls Online on PlayStation platforms, we would predict that if ArcheAge 2 can live up to expectations, there will probably be a crowd eager to jump in.
Black Desert, which publisher Kakao Games was also engaged in, might serve as a decent point of comparison for ArcheAge 2 because it has an action-based combat system and a non-linear progression-based open-world experience.
How do you feel about ArcheAge 2? Is it okay or not okay for you to play MMOs on a console? Wait in the comments box below patiently.
