The Huawei Mate 10 Proche Design launched back in October 2017. While there still are months to go until the Huawei Mate 11 Porsche Design could launch, the first information regarding the handset might have just surfaced. Huawei is about to launch three new devices next week, the Huawei P20, P20 Lite and P20 Pro. Besides these models, another one surfaced on TENAA indicating that Huawei is working on a device that will include no less than 512GB internal storage. This will definitely not be one of the P20 devices. The Huawei Mate 11 Porsche Design seems to be the best model to launch with this amount of internal storage.
Until now, Huawei only launched its Porsche Design devices with 256GB internal storage. This is why it’s safe to assume that the higher amount of storage will also become available on one of these models too. The Huawei Mate 11 Porsche Design is the next in line so that particular model seems to be the best contender to get the 512GB internal storage. At this point, Samsung is the only company to deliver such memory chips. In case Huawei is not extremely close to developing its own 512GB memory chip, it will probably use the Samsung chip for the upcoming device.
The TENAA listing also reveals that the huge amount of internal storage will be paired with 6GB of memory. The combo seems to be quite a powerful one, so we expect the Huawei Mate 11 Porsche Design smartphone to be a truly amazing one. Last year’s Mate 10 Porsche Design came with the same chipset the P20 series devices will sport. The Mate 11 and so the Huawei Mate 11 Porsche Design too, will most likely come with a new-generation SoC, more powerful and faster than the current one. If Huawei will pair the new chipset with 6GB of RAM and 512GB internal storage, the new smartphone should have quite a lot of fans.
The Huawei Mate 11 Porsche Design should normally keep the aluminum body and the huge AMOLED display. Also, it will probably look a lot fancier than the base model will. The huge amount of storage seems to be ensured too. It would also be nice to see Bluetooth 5.0 and wireless charging capabilities on the handset. Unfortunately, one thing is certain: the Huawei Mate 11 Proche Design will be quite an expensive smartphone. Even so, we can’t wait to see it launch in the fall.
