The LG V30 was, according to many, one of the best smartphones to launch in 2017. While new flagships are already in the works and waiting for their unveiling, the story of the LG V30 is still not over. The company just announced that a new color version of the handset will be showcased at the CES 2018. The Raspberry Rose might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it will definitely have its fans. As LG puts it, the new color variant is eye-catching and romance-inspiring. It’s safe to say that the group of fans will mostly consist of women.
Up until now, the LG V30 was available in four color options. Customers could choose between Aurora Black, Cloud Silver, Moroccan Blue, and Lavender Violet handsets. The Raspberry Rose is a nice addition to the lineup, and it will probably become more popular in February when it can turn into the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for many girls and women. The LG V30, in all its color options, is a true flagship smartphone. The device sports the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset and it includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. The smartphone offers a high-quality 16MP dual rear camera setup and great sound thanks to its powerful speakers.
The Raspberry Rose color variant will first become available in the company’s home country, South Korea. According to LG, the Raspberry Rose LG V30 will also reach select markets in Europe and Asia a little later. It’s not quite sure, however, how much the new color variant will cost. The handset just got a little more affordable at some retailers. Hopefully, others will follow soon and will be offering the LG V30 for less than $700. Its original price was a little higher than $800, so a worldwide price cut would be nice.
If you are going to the CES 2018 next week, you can take a look at the Raspberry Rose LG V30 for yourself. If not, it will probably reach your home country sometime in the next few weeks. Until then, you can also opt for the other color options. The LG V30 is a good smartphone, so you will probably be satisfied by any color it comes in.
