Horizon Zero Dawn is easily one of the strongest titles to release in 2017, and that’s saying something when considering the wealth of great games that released this year. The game most recently received the new Frozen Wilds expansion, which was followed by the release of a new Complete Edition of the game that is available via the PlayStation Store.
When viewing Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition through the PlayStation Store on the PlayStation 4, we can see that the game’s file download size is 48.16 GB. This is definitely on the higher end of space usage when it comes to modern games, but it isn’t so bad when considering that it’s a full game plus a major expansion.
As for what else you get in the Complete Edition that wasn’t available with the launch base game, two new difficulty settings (easy mode called Story and hard more called Ultra Hard) and a New Game + mode. It also comes with weapons and outfits that were previously only available to players who purchased the Digital Deluxe, Limited or Collector’s Editions of the game.
The following is a brief overview of the game’s world:
“In a lush, post-apocalyptic world where nature has reclaimed the ruins of a forgotten civilization, pockets of humanity live on in primitive hunter-gatherer tribes. Their dominion over the new wilderness has been usurped by the Machines – fearsome mechanical creatures of unknown origin.”
Horizon Zero Dawn is available exclusively for PlayStation 4.
