The Farming Simulator series is definitely one of the more niche gaming series out there, with the games offering a very realistic simulation of what it’s like to be a farmer. While some find the gameplay to be very tedious (I mean, you’re basically working in video game form), others love how the simulation really makes them feel like a farmer.
Now Nintendo fans get to see if that would be something they’re into, with Farming Simulator: Nintendo Switch Edition out today Nintendo’s newest console. The file download size for the game has recently been revealed, and the game takes up 2.7 GB of space. This certainly isn’t a big file size when compared to some of the other games on the Switch, so Switch owners shouldn’t have any problems getting the game to fit.
The following is a breakdown of what you can expect from the game:
- Develop your farm in 2 huge environments, a North-American and a Eastern-Europe environments
- Harvest a large variety of new crops (sunflowers, soybeans, and many more)
- Transport your goods with trucks and trailers, or try out the newly-added drivable trains
- Take care of your livestock, including pigs, cows, sheep, and chickens
- Over 250 faithfully reproduced farming vehicles and tools from over 75 manufacturers
Farming Simulator: Nintendo Switch Edition releases today, and was developed by Giants Software. It will be the first installment in the series that can be played both at home and on the road, which is due to the Switch’s unique hardware.
