Boss Key Productions’ new FPS called Lawbreakers is receiving a new patch today, which brings the game up to version 1.3. This is much more than a simple bug fix update, as there are some big changes that are coming to the game thanks to this patch. Role limits in Quick Play is one of these changes, which was implemented due to fan feedback.
Boss Key said of the latest LawBreakers update that “Quick-Play remains a place where players of all skill levels can jump in and find a match, but for some it’s also an environment to train for our upcoming Competitive Ranked mode. Our decision to set role limits to 2 is one we think will help inform development on Competitive Ranked as we continue to test it behind the scenes for future launch. As always, we’ll be listening to your feedback so please let us know what you think!”
There’s more to the patch than just that addition, however, and the following are the complete patch notes for the LawBreakers 1.3 udpate:

There are also improvements that were made specifically for the PS4 versions and PC versions of LawBreakers, and you can see the PS4 patch notes here and the PC patch notes here.
LawBreakers launched last month for PlayStation 4 and PC, and received generally positive reviews. However, the game has not been a massive success right out of the gate, which many claim is due to the high competition in this particular genre.
