Developer People Can Fly’s Bulletstorm made a big comeback recently with the release of the Full Clip Edition, which was essentially a remaster that added some new bells and whistles to the game. While the game typically retails for $59.99, there’s currently a great deal going on that can get you the game for less than half of that price.
This deal is for the PC version of the game, which you’ll get the download code for immediately upon purchasing it. The current sale price is $27.69, which is a fantastic offer considering what you get. The Full Clip Edition contains the remastered base game, as well as all of the previously-released DLC and new modes. There’s a lot of content here on top of the fact that it’s simply a great game, to begin with, so if you haven’t jumped on the bandwagon yet then now is the perfect time to do so.
Bulletstorm was originally notable for its unique Skillshot system, and that system still impresses to this day. It basically has you taking out your enemies in a variety of stylish ways, which earns you points to upgrade and unlock new weapons and abilities. These include the likes of kicking a foe into a cactus, whipping an enemy towards you and then shooting him in slow motion, and much more. These, of course, have been made all the more gratifying thanks to the new paint job on the game, making each over-the-top kill all the more gratifying.
Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and the game originally launched in 2011. Those who pre-ordered the Full Clip Edition were also treated to a brand new story mode called Duke Nukem’s Bulletstorm Tour, which swaps the game’s main protagonist for Duke Nukem himself. This is accompanied by brand new lines of dialogue recorded by long-time Duke Nukem voice actor, John St. John, which are always a treat to hear.
