Good news for Fallout fans everywhere, as New Vegas is officially now available on the Xbox One. Having seen fit to finally put an end to the rumors and whispers circulating the internet as around 12 PM (Eastern Time Zone) Xbox put out this tweet with the rather catchy slogan sure to turn some heads New Vegas, New Console.
Try your luck in #Fallout: New Vegas [M], now available on #XboxOne#BackwardCompatibility: https://t.co/8ewZAOdTe0pic.twitter.com/HVOdGK4JaF

I’m already a fan. Although the news is admittedly nothing new with fans speculating for some time now that it was a question of when not if New Vegas came to the Xbox One, its still a welcome addition to the ever-growing roster of games that we’re all fond of. Having successfully made the transition to the next generation of Xbox consoles. This news comes one day after Fallout 4’s Contraptions Workshop DLC was released for $4.99, making this a pretty good week for those of us who cant get enough of the post-nuclear American Wasteland. Xbox made sure that while it was the talk of the town it was not the only debuted with other games including Red Faction Battlegrounds, I am Alive, and several others. Sadly there’s no news on when Fallout 3 will be joining New Vegas and 4 on the Xbox One.
