Bungie’s Destiny 2 has just received its first expansion, with Curse of Osiris being available now across all supported platforms. It adds in some new story missions along with plenty of new weapons, giving players who have spent a lot of time with the base game more things to occupy their time with. These expansions typically raise the level cap, and Curse of Osiris is no exception.
Destiny 2’s Curse of Osiris expansion increases the game’s level cap from 20 to 25, which will be great news for anyone who finds themselves in the position of being maxed out. It’s unknown how much of a grind it will be to get to level 25 and whether or not that will come with new abilities, but at it least gives hardcore players a new goal to chase.
However, this isn’t the only stat whose cap has been increased with the expansion. Curse of Osiris also increases the game’s power cap from 305 to 330, giving players the potential to make their characters significantly stronger. Seeing as there are some big trials ahead with this new Destiny 2 expansion, players will need all the power they can get to take down the game’s formidable opponents.
This should tell you everything you need to know about the increased level cap in Curse of Osiris, so get back into the grind and hit that new level 25 / 330 power cap.
