Game developer Not Doppler has finally released their mobile game Crash of Cars. Before you close this window, be advised that this has nothing to do with rigid base building, raid planning, coin harvesting or rare crystal purchasing. Despite sounding similar to those ‘Clash’ games, Crash of Cars is a top-down car based shooter in the style of the well-known .io games. As you blow up others in vehicular combat, you will get to collect crowns. The more crowns you’ll have, the bigger the target you will become. Shoot down opponents or smash into them. The longer you last the better.
Clash of Cars features more than 30 unlockable cars, with 16 power-ups. Currently, there are four maps that feature varied terrain, unlike the classic .io’s. It features a mission system and the possibility to connect with friends or play solo. High scores and achievements are reflected in the Hourly Leaderboard.
The game is out on Google Play and on the App Store.
Could this be to handheld gaming what Twisted Metal was on consoles? The existence of weapons such as the flamethrower and the trebuchet suggest the same level of wackiness. Considering that this is Not Doppler first in-house developed mobile game, we might be in for a surprise. Check it out:
